Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase from Revona Bath. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Condition for Return: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, without any signs of installation, alteration, or damage.

Damage Claims: Any damage during shipping must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Return Shipping: If you are returning for any reason other than damage or defect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders or products showing signs of use, installation, or mishandling may not qualify for return.
